Training Purpose
Triple M Security LLC provides professional education and training. Course completion does not guarantee licensing, registration, employment, promotion, job placement, income, or approval by a governmental or licensing authority.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for confirming that a course satisfies the requirements applicable to their intended license, registration, employer, or jurisdiction. Students must provide accurate registration information and promptly report errors.
Account Security
Each student must use an individual account. Students may not share usernames, passwords, course access, testing materials, or certificates. Triple M Security LLC may suspend access when account sharing, identity misrepresentation, academic dishonesty, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
Attendance and Participation
Students must complete all required instructional hours, attendance checks, assignments, activities, and examinations. For live virtual classes, students must have the required technology and remain visible, responsive, and available for participation unless an accommodation has been approved.
Assessments
Students must complete assessments independently unless group work is specifically authorized. Cheating, using unauthorized assistance, copying examination content, falsifying attendance, or submitting another person’s work may result in removal from the course without certification.
Certificates
A certificate will be issued only after Triple M Security LLC verifies all completion requirements. A certificate documents course completion; it is not itself a state license, registration, weapons permit, or guarantee of eligibility.
Firearms and Armed-Security Requirements
Basic classroom instruction does not replace separate firearms training, qualification, weapons permitting, employer authorization, or armed-security registration requirements.
Professional Conduct
Students must communicate respectfully and avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, disruption, recording without permission, or unsafe conduct. Triple M Security LLC may remove a participant whose conduct threatens safety, privacy, course integrity, or the learning environment.
Intellectual Property
Course manuals, presentations, videos, assessments, forms, graphics, recordings, and other training materials belong to Triple M Security LLC or their respective owners. Students receive limited permission to use authorized materials for personal learning. Materials may not be copied, recorded, sold, posted, distributed, taught, or used to create competing content without written permission.
Technology and Third-Party Services
Website, payment, videoconferencing, and course functions may depend on third-party providers. Triple M Security LLC will use reasonable efforts to address service interruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party systems.
Scheduling and Course Changes
Triple M Security LLC may reschedule, combine, modify, or cancel a class because of instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, emergencies, technical problems, legal changes, or other operational needs. Affected students will receive an appropriate transfer, credit, or refund consistent with the posted Return and Refund Policy.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Triple M Security LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use, course participation, licensing decisions, employment decisions, misuse of training information, or circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The effective date above identifies the current version.
